It might help to increase transparency if the rules regarding what does or does
not get posted on ICANN's correspondence page were clearer. That page is at:
http://www.icann.org/correspondence/
But I cannot find on that page the exchange of correspondence between ICANN and
TSB concerning the top-level domain ".int". The correspondence is publicly
available on the ITU's web site, at:
http://www.itu.int/md/T05-SG02-070130-TD-GEN-0231/en
