IP Justice supports the comments submitted earlier today by Dr. Milton Mueller:

It is important that ICANN not become a place where law enforcement,
governments and special interests go to get Internet policies in back-room
deals that they could not achieve in the appropriate legal fora. ICANN
decisions must be in made in a transparent manner that is accountable to
democratic processes and take into account human rights and due process
protections.
