Domain resale

I strongly believe that Registrars simply should not be allowed to offer
domains for resale.

I believe domains being resold should only be offered through an auction or
negotiation process that connects the current owner of the domain with the
person wishing to purchase the domain.

The Registrar should only be able to act as negotiator for the customer if
the customer elects for them to do so and Registrar should receive only a
small fee for acting as negotiator. They should not be allowed to reap large
profits from domain resale.
