Please review the big picture here.

-        Stop Registrars from obtaining dropped names and warehousing.

-        Hold Registrars to strict Code of Ethics.

-        Place teeth into your decisions.

-        Don't allow Registrars to sell Obvious Trademark infringements.

-        Protection of the public.
