Too Little, Too Late

This proposed bylaw change is simply too little, too late.
If ICANN really wants to be transparent, where are the full transcripts (and
audio recordings too) of all Board meetings, as requested by GoDaddy attorney
Christine Jones during the US government hearings in 2009? See the transcript
at:
http://energycommerce.house.gov/Press_111/20090604/transcript_20090604_ti.pdf
starting from line 1704. You can watch the full videos which are linked to from:
http://gnso.icann.org/mailing-lists/archives/ga-200709/msg02983.html
Note that Paul Twomey was caught lying at lines 1742-1770 of the above
transcript. That hearing took place in June 2009, yet ICANN still has its head
in the sands and thinks that these minor changes are good enough? Think again!
Why is ICANN continuing to hide the full transcripts and audio recordings of
past Board meetings from the public?
Sincerely,
George Kirikos
