I have been trying to find out more specific information about what the
benefits of an African office would be. Please can you answer the
following questions:
 
 
1) What are the criteria set up by your office for the establishment of
this regional office?
 
2) What would be the main significance of such regional office to
Africans and their quest to close the digital gap between Africa and the
developed nations? 
 
3) Of what particular benefit will this be to African internet users?
