.INFO Abusive Domain Use Policy

Dear Sir/Madam

While I would be happy to see a registry operator take action to help "clean 
up" abusive internet usage I do have serious issues with the current document.

While its spirit may be acceptable the current format is far too ambiguous and 
open to interpretation.

As other people have already pointed out, it would be far too easy for the 
registry to damage the innocent while pursuing the goal of taking down phishing 
sites, for example.
