Dear Mr. Zhang:
As you are aware, ICANN takes a dim view of these sort of attempts at
blackmail. We are taking up the matter with that organization, as well as our
country's diplomatic representative in Beijing. Since our coporate name is
registered in Mexico and the United States any attempt by your client to gain
access to North American websites under our name will force us to take legal
action.
