ICANN revised-biz-info-org-agreements
Differential or tiered pricing on a domain-by-domain basis would not be forbidden under the .biz/info/org proposed contracts. Consequently, each Registry will drastically increase renewal fees. Price caps are MANDATORY on EVERY monopoly. Either keep the price caps on every Registry, or eliminate each Registry's monopoly. Do NOT allow the Registries to screw domain owners. If ICANN allows that, then perhaps the U.S. government should terminate ICANN's existence.
