 Once again, ICANN, (you) have literally added insult, to injury, with these 
Rushed Contract(s) revisions [that do not address nor resolve ( with any favor 
toward the Registrants obvious (and legitimate) prior complaints), the issues 
that you were presented with, during the last Comment Period, and the timing 
for response, impecably inadequate as usual, but certainly effective if you are 
trying to preclude or reduce input (against) these revisions, by the very 
people that will be effected ( that are aware of the Contracts' revision and 
Comment Period) and even more, by the MILLIONS of .Org, .Info, .Biz, 
Registrants, that are UNAWARE of the proposed Changes, because you don't even 
seem to think that they require a Notice of Proposed Changes to their Domain 
Registration Agreement.
