With the 8 biggest registrars opposing this settlement, and the grassroots
domain owners also opposing it, how can ICANN be so arrogant and negligent to
approve this deal?
Instead of protecting the public from a monopoly, ICANN is protecting the
monopoly.
The revised settlement is whip cream on a road apple.
