NSI and Verisign have always been mobsters, now that they are united
their protection schemes will never end.

Administration of each of the top level domains should be put up for
RFP, every 5 years, and the current administer should have the option to
respond to the best five bids as determined by the domain holders, and
then the domain holders pick between the top five, and the response from
the current admin.

Running a top level domain hasn't been hard for ten years, and NSI made
back plenty of its investment in the first six weeks of 1996. Anything
beyond that is racketeering.

Cancel Verisign, end the tyranny.

Sincerely,
Jason Shupe

.com domain holder since 1995
