The revised settlement is much too biased

It is easy to see why Verisign would propose such a settlement, but
there is no reason why ICANN, or anyone else should agree to it.

To give a monopoly a cast-in-stone ability to set above-inflation price
increases is preposterous. The fact the the monopoly in question is
Verisign who have at best a questionable track record in this industry
is just outrageous.

If this goes through it will kill .com stone dead.
