For two reasons:
1. Using the adress bar as a search bar has become interesting browser
input standard (wich also could lead to interesting new ways to actually
browse)
2. I think these potential super-top-level domains would be better
served as localised domains, defineable by the local isp
think of http://911 or http://emergency....providing a list to local
help services..etc.
