Please see the attached updated redline of the draft Charter terms of
reference.  This version includes recent edits and comments by Bruce,
Bertrand and Avri (as of 15:00 UTC today).  

 

Please note - many more general comments have also been made.  I have
(tried to) compile them all at the end of this document so that they can
be found in one place.  Please let me know if I've missed anything from
the email list.  These are pasted in the back of the document for easy
reference only and will be deleted once they have been discussed by the
group.

 

Again, if you have more in-line edits to suggest, please use this
version.
