Thanks Bertrand. To the extent that our message subjects can use these titles
or ones similar, it would make it easier to categorize our discussions. I note
that there is already a discussion going on regarding Universal Availability
as well as others.

Thanks for this Chuck, it is really helpful and provides a great outline of the
issues we discussed yesterday. I would also add the use of 'incitement' as a
term for the determination of morality and public order. If I recall some of
us, including myself, do not see how a simple gTLD would be able to 'incite'
any illegal activity, not at least in the way the term is used in criminal law.

Thanks

Konstantinos

Subject: [soac-mapo] List of Discussion Threads

It seems to me that it would be helpful if we can arrange the discussion into
discrete topics that would be used for different threads of discussion so as to
be able to track agreement/disagreement separately for each one. Here is a
list of possible threads that I developed from my meeting notes, email
discussion and the chat discussion from the meeting:

1. International Principles of Law

2. Use of 'Morality' & 'Public Order' Terms

3. Quick Look Procedure

4. Outsourcing of Dispute Resolution Process

5. International Center of Expertise of the ICC as DRSP

6. Incitement to discrimination criterion

7. Universal Availability Objective with Limited Exceptions

8. Independent Objector

9. Timing of Rec6 Dispute Resolution

10. Standing for filing objections

11. High Board Threshold for Approving/Rejecting Rec6 DRSP Decisions

12. String only?

13. Guidebook Criterion 4

Did I miss any threads? If so, please identify them.

I understand that these are not all mutually exclusive and that discussion of
any one thread will likely involve some discussion of other threads as well,
but by using these subjects in our email discussions, I think we might be able
to consolidate our work more easily.

Thoughts?

Chuck
