This one is easy to dispose of. It is perfectly legal in the US to say anything
you like, positive or negative, about Cuba.
There are restrictions on travel and on trading, but not on expression.

Not a problem. It is legal to be a revolutionary communist in the US and to
write tracts (or register domain names) advocating revolution.
