Thank you very much Margie.  Assuming that Cheryl and Frank are okay
with this and that there are no objections  from other group members, I
propose an agenda as follows for our meeting on Monday:

1.       Doodle Poll on top six priorities for 14 Rec6 CWG threads

a.       Overview of the results (Glen)

b.      Discussion of the results (all)

c.       Ordering of the threads to guide our remaining work by
perceived importannce (all)

2.       Brief discussion of the principles discussed on the list and
included in Margie's document

3.       Continuation of discussion of threads starting with the one
perceived most important, etc. (use Margie's proposal matrix as
applicable)

Dear All,

 

To assist you in preparing for Monday's meeting, please find attached
the following documents for your review and consideration:

 

1.      A Rec6 CWG Proposal Matrix, that summarizes the proposals
submitted by CWG members to date.  I would appreciate it if the
proposers would review their descriptions for accuracy.

 

2.      A document listing all 14 threads (unprioritized) and Emerging
Principles that have been gleaned from the email list.  This document
should be updated once the results of the Doodle poll have been analyzed
to reflect the priorities of thread topics selected by the CWG.  The

As Glen indicated in her email earlier today,  please complete the
Doodle poll before the scheduled Rec6 Cross Community call on Monday,
20:00 UTC by indicating your top six priority topics for the CWG to
discuss and debate.
