[soac-mapo] Agenda for today's call

I propose the following agenda for today's call:

1.      Roll Call
2.      Discussion of recommendations 2.2, 4.1e, 4.2e, 4.3e, 4.4e, 4m,
5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 & 5.5 (The recommendations in the latest poll.)
3.      Continuation of discussion of issues starting with issue 6.

It is not clear to me that there will be enough response to the latest
poll to fairly determine reliable levels of support, so if that does not
change, we may need to include some of those in the next poll.  But
hopefully we can narrow the list down some.
