Hi all,
May I suggest a minor wording change?
Recommendation 4.5 states: The contracted advisors will be expected to have
specific expertise in interpreting law instruments of public international law
and relating to human rights and/or civil liberties. The CWG recommends that
the Board augment this with complementary expertise in other relevant fields
such as linguistics.
The word 'law' in the context of 'interpreting law instruments' should be
removed as superfluous. The correct legal terminology on this is: "...have
expertise in interpreting instruments of public international law and
relating...."
Thanks
KK
