H,

I did not quite finish the update, but I think it may be in shape for starting 
to work on.  I fixed up a lot but am not sure I captured all of the work from 
the last meeting.  However, in keeping with a general practice of reviewing 
each decision at least twice to make sure we have it right, I would like to 
start working through this after we finish talking about the Board's decision 
and our approach to that.
