Hi,

At this point, the 48 hours review timer hit about 45 minutes ago - sorry I was 
away from my laptop.

There were only minor comments that Karla has indicated she will fix.  

I think the documents are ready for release and send.

My thanks to to everyone for the hard work involved in completing this phase of 
the project to redress the hardship to be faced by many potential applicants 
for new gTLDs in 2011.
