[soac-newgtldapsup-wg] WG Scope?

Over the last couple of days I've seen several posts to this list about the 
WG's scope.

I'm now more than a little confused, as there seems to be several different 
views of what the WG's scope actually is

What exactly is our charter? (and I think this is the bit that hurt my head 
last time I asked, as ALAC have a different charter to GNSO or something .. )
