Thanks for this.   Very useful indeed and much obliged.

With Rafik's concurrence, I would post this to the WG and suggest a 10
minute conditional discussion - meaning we get thru the other items - for
Friday's call.

A clarification question for you:  Is it the WG that provides the analytic
response to the public comments or staff?  Is this WG-led or staff-led?
