The flow chart is very well done ; Thank you for the effort.

Nevertheless, it addresses the financial support only, and our work includes
besides the financial support the fee reduction and the non-financial
support. So to have a flow chart representing the whole process, we need to
include both the fee reduction and the non-financial support. I know, it
will be too complicated and almost unreadable: I propose to use arrows
leading to separate flow charts for the purpose of clarity. But the
evaluation/selection process is common for all kind of support.
