Hi Karla,

thank you for the report, I notice that is following a new template/format.
but it lacks response part (or the analysis section include that?). for
response themselves, the last comment from Steve may go beyond the report
content and it is more about public comment process.
anyway, we need to move forward and close this last public comment (
waiting for Carlton confirmation and seeing no objection in the list . We
as JAS WG members may also need to discuss about next steps and/or the
implementation proposals.
