Dear IRD-WG members, In Cartagena Edmon Chung provided presentations on the work of the IRD-WG to date and specifically the Interim Report that is out for public comment. He reported to the GNSO Council at its working session on the 4th and at the public session on the 9th. Steve Sheng has provided the attached summary of the discussion on the 9th. In particular, there was a discussion among IRD-WG members who were present about some of the questions raised at the GNSO Council briefing and in the public session. We welcome comments also from those IRD-WG members who were at these sessions if there are further details that do not appear in the attached summary.
