Steve, I think this presentation can become a good basis to translate and
discuss within local non-Latin communities. There are tens of IDN TLDs out
there already. I think that Chris and ccNSO community would accept this as
friendly cross community discussion.  

The slide deck is good, nice job! The target audience today is in ccNSO.
