[ssac-gnso-irdwg] 48 HR LAST CALL: Final Report of the IRD WG

This is a formal announcement of the last call for this document.  I  
have attached the last version distributed by Steve.  There have been  
a few comments already but nothing substantive.  If you have any  
issues or concerns please do respond to the list to make sure they get  
addressed.
Since the working group has already formally approved this document,  
the purpose of this review is to focus on the SSAC comments.  General  
editorial comments are always welcome but substantive comments need to  
focus on the SSAC changes.  In addition, silence will be interpreted  
as acceptance of the changes.
The LAST CALL will close at the end of business everywhere, Wednesday,  
9 May 2012.
