  Enclosed you will find Telefonica Moviles´s comments to .mobi  proposal.

  Comments  that  are now submitted are written in Spanish language. We are
  sure  this  circumstance  will  be welcomed by ICANN, keeping in mind the
  widespread  use  of  Spanish  language all over the world population and,
  more particularly, in the Internet.

  In  any  case,  the  document  attached  includes an executive summary in
  English language.

  Nevertheless,  being  Telefonica  Moviles  so  interested  in  having its
  comments  taken into account by the ICANN, this Company offers ICANN  the
  possibility  to  be provided, upon request and within a few days, with an
  English version.
