No tax on the internet
Dear ICANN, As an active web property operator, I fail to see the logic of slapping gTLDs you're overseeing with "75 cents" taxes or any tax, for that matter. You can sell -reasonable- operating licenses to domain name registries but never ever tax the domain name owner. That's against every single moral rule of the internet. The internet isn't supposed to be about money and corporate structure — don't you get that? If you're not able to do your job without a fat paycheck, quit. Someone else, more passionate, will take your place and continue building the internet to be a free, self-governing body. Roll back all you "domain name fee" plans, they'll hurt the internet badly.
