I HAVE HEARD FROM SEVERAL DOMAIN REGISTERS, THAT THERE IS A LIMITED AMOUNT OF
I. P. ADDRESS #'S LEFT. THIS IS UNDERSTANDABLE WITH MANY WEBMASTERS
REGISTERING MORE THAN ONE SITE.
DOES THIS MEAN THAT 999,999,999,999 MEANS THAT THERE ARE ONLY 1 TRILLION
STATIC I. P. ADDRESSES?
IF SO THEN WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS OF RAISING THIS NUMBER. I REALIZE THAT I
COULD REGISTER AN ADDY SUCH AS WWW DOT MYPAGE DOT ATWHATEVER DOT COM, AND RUN
IT
UNDER THEIR ADDY. BUT WHAT IF EVERYONE DECIDES THAT THEY WANT WWW DOT THEIRPAGE
DOT COM, ORG, NET.......
I HAVE SEEN ON SEVERAL WEB SITES THAT I HAVE VISITED WWW1 OR WWW2 ETC. IS
THAT DIFFERENT FROM WWW?
IF NOT THEN MY SUGGESTION IS THAT IT SHOULD BE, OR AT LEAST THAT ANOTHER
DECIMAL BE ADDED TO THE STATIC #'S. THIS WOULD RESULT IN 9,999,999,999,999 OR
TEN
TRILLION AVAILABLE NUMBERS. WHICH SHOULD BE MORE THAN ENOUGH WEBSITES FOR THE
NEXT CENTURY OR SO.
I KNOW THAT THIS WOULD BE A MAJOR UNDERTAKING, BUT I FEEL THAT IT WOULD BE
THE BEST THING TO DO TO PREPARE FOR THE FUTURE GENERATIONS.
IS IT POSSIBLE?
