Miy comments are:


·         Consider the Strategic Plan for 3 years, not 5 years.

·         Establish metrics and indicators for each of the four areas of
work, so that it can quantitatively monitor compliance.

·         In area : Preserve DNS stability and security,  o Contribute to
shaping a healthy Internet eco-system , include the  objective:  Preserv the
security of Internet use for children, setting global locking mechanism to
the pages of pornography and violence.- Generating a global control
committee, in cooperation with other organizations .-

·         Give greater importance to the working groups so that encourage
the uptake of IPv6 so that there is access to sufficient address space for
users across the globe
