Please be so kind to find enclosed a copy of the At-Large Statement on
the ICANN Draft 2011-2014 Strategic Plan.

This document is now undergoing the ALAC ratification process and
At-Large Staff will inform relevant staff of the outcome of the vote as
soon as this is effected.
