As ICANN's expenditures are pursuant to its Mission as defined in Article I 
section 1 
of the Bylaws, it would be helpful if these expenditures were categorized by 
specific
mission area (i.e. coordination of the allocation and assignment of 
identifiers, the 
coordination of the operation and evolution of the DNS root name server system, 
and the coordination of policy development reasonably and appropriately related 
to these technical functions.)
