Response to Mr O'Farrell's comments

We believe the concerns raised by Mr. O'Farrell, Chair of the dotMobi  
Advisory Group (MAG), are substantially the same as those raised  
previously by Mr Edwards, CEO of dotMobi, and have therefore been  
addressed in our response to Mr Edwards.
