RE: Owner Should Be Disclosed

It seems only fair and reasonable that in exchange for a global address
limited term, renewable licence that an individual or an entity acquires
with its domain registration it has to disclose their accurate identity
and should not be heard to argue privacy rights concerns or even use
third party proxies to shield their identity.   Cybersquatting abuses
are issues that do need to be pursued and accurate, full and easily
verifiable information is necessary to protect entities from unfair
practices.   The present system works effectively, except for the
increasing use of 3rd party information that does interfer identifying
individuals or entities that are abusing the fair practices conduct of
the internet.
