General Comments - Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy

It is recommended that ICANN confirms that it is the authoritative source
for dedicated transfer e-mail addresses for each Registrar and Registry.
The current list should be password protected and available on the ICANN web
site.  Registrars and Registries should have the ability to update their
specific information as needed directly via the ICANN web site removing much
of the administrative burden needed to ensure that all parties requiring the
information have the most up to date data.
