This comment is in regard to the Wire Transfer Fee Policy (For Receiver of Funds)

ICANN should pay for all wire transfers regarding of the amount. If this is
not possible for whatever reasons, I  suggest for ICANN to use services
like Paypal which do not charge for transferring money to other Paypal
accounts.
