SRSU TLDs

Dear ICANN,

In this message, I would like to comment on point 3 of the "Key
Principles Developed by the VI Working Group" in page 11 of the
report. It says:

3. The concept of Single Registrant, Single User TLDs should be explored 
further.

This SRSU TLD issue is really a big policy issue so that I strongly
believe that it should be explored through a separate PDP process, not
in the VI working group.
