WHOIS Changes

I am writing to you in my capacity as an Attorney at Law specialized in 
Intellectual Property Law.

As pointed out in many previous comments, the proposed changes to WHOIS Policy 
will form an obstacle to the prosecution of counterfeiting trademarks, 
tradenames and the like. In particular, if access to the details of the 
registrant was to be obstructed, it is likely that legal actions will be 
directed against parties the identity of which is known (in particular the 
registrar) insofar as these parties might be regarded as be liable of 
contributory infringement.
