Support for Motion #2

I believe the GNSO Council should adopt Motion 2 (supported by the
International Trademark Association, among others), and reject Motions 1
and 3.  Public availability of WhoIs information is critically important
to the ability of trademark owners to enforce their legal rights against
those who may infringe those rights and attempt to free-ride off the
commercial investment trademark owners have made in their brands.
