Dear Sirs,

I strongly favor the oPOC Proposal. 

Nowadays, many websites are owned by individuals for individual purposes.
Just as there is no requirement to disclose private name and address
information for telephone owners, there should be no requirement to disclose
private name and address information for website owners. Domain names are
very similar to telephones in that people can access/call them whenever they
want to, and people who own them can access/call other owners.
