Dear John:
being 77 yrs old and having seen a lot, I can say for certain that pornography
is a powerful thing that unchecked will bring terrible consequences to the home
and family. Movies have become ridiculous in relying on blown up cars, hot love
scenes and limited vocabulary. BUT, NO STORY, NO INTRIGUE, BUT RELYING ON THE
ATTEMPT AT SHOCK. Now heavy into the homosexual arena.
You know all of this and the trend is going to produce a disaster. People can't
come back from the slide downward.
What one does in private use is ones own business but, I can't imagine my mom
(dead about 40 years now) seeing today's movies without great horror. No story,
just shock. it is tiresome and if a true poll were known, by far the most
Americans would prefer a great story well told WITHOUT the spice.
This is a force-feed problem and you are sitting at the controls. Make
Hollywood put out worthy products by sticking to solid principles.
Thank you
