<P> Neither Section 4 nor any other section of the bill says that the Web
site operators may ONLY operate in the new domain. All it does is require porn Web sites
to register for and operate in the new domain. It does not prohibit them to CONTINUE
operating in all of the other Web domains in which they currently operate such as .com,
.biz, .org, or .net.

<P>It will alsol make it easier for kids to find smut.

<P>Section 5, which defines ?liability protections,? does not require those who operate in
the new domain to limit access to adults only. Instead, Section 5 provides an exemption from
liability for those who do. <BR></P>
