I'm not sure if this is where I'm supposed to send this but I'll be siding
with the opinion of my government (Canada) that this new TLD is nothing more
than a cash grab and that it's not ICANN's responsibility to police the
Internet (by segregating different forms of content/expression) when it is
plainly clear that this TLD will eventually lead to censorship. Yes, yes it
will lead to censorship. I'm not sure if the person/bot reading this knows
that censorship is the goal but considering the fact that any
parent/individual can purchase filtering software at a cost of $20 I don't
see why there's a need for this TLD.

That last point leads me to a conclusion that's somewhat confusing. How can
people not spend such a small amount to safeguard themselves or their
children in a country that's such an evangelist for personal responsibility?
Am I to believe that personal responsibility only extends to services that
are being provided by private oligopolies and not all aspects of what was
amended in your constitution? Do you mean to say that when it comes to
making money speech and expression take a back seat? Is Canada truly offer
more freedoms to it's citizens?
