xxx tld is a bad idea

It is unfair to require any business to move their domains and pay $60 
per year.  What will it do except make some registrar rich?

Will it reduce porn?  Not likely.
Will it protect anyone?  Not likely.

So who benefits?

Scrap the idea and leave it on a shelf.
