kink.com is against .xxx

To Whom It May Concern:
I own kink.com, which is a San Francisco based company with annual
revenues of around $20M and 70 employees.
Kink.com strongly opposes the formation of a .XXX level domain.
We feel that the currently pending labeling law, which requires
pornographic sites to label their content will address the concerns of
parents, because this label will allow filters and web browsers to block
age-sensitive materials from minors.

07.pdf [see Section 10]
.XXX will cause nothing but harm, and ultimately lead to censorship and
damage the internet.
Yours truly,
Peter Acworth
