This creates a precedent that should not be allowed. Any industry can find itself losing it's investment in domains due to a forced policy removing from the mainstream. What will be next? .pol for politics or .vol for violent movies or well you get the idea.

It is a seizure of property the .com domains used for adult entertainment without due process or compensation for the years of investment and labor developing a business in the virtual world of the Internet. A domain name is no less significant to an online business than a physical address and building is to a brick and mortar business. Forcing either to move without a reason and compensation would be wrong and amount to a violation of due process.
