1) The adult online market is a worldwide market, and the Europeans and
Russians who do not have to obey US rules and regulations regarding obsenity
will have .com top rankings in the SE's and make more profit. Thus resulting
in an INCREASE in the chances that children will be exposed to obscene adult
sites beyond the scope of what is seen today.

2) .XXX would amount to Market Censorship and would be contested in US
court.

3) .Kids is a better choice for protecting children and so much more
enforceable.

4) US based adult companies will move overseas to retain their advertising
and branding investments with .coms and thus remove huge amounts of US tax
revenue for future generations to come.

5) Google, Yahoo, Youtube ect. have been profitiing from Adult porn for some
time, and they all provide children with free previews & immediate access to
videos & pictures of xxx adult content on thier .com servers. Instituting a
.xxx tld would require them to comply as well. How would THAT be enforced?
